Our trainers are professional and personable and will work with you to design and guide you through a customized health and fitness plan. They will walk you through a discussion about your goals and healthy living tips to match your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Your trainer will motivate you and challenge you to break through the same boring fitness routines and lack of results that are common when you train on your own. Our goal is that you Achieve More than you ever have and lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Each of our skilled trainers has their own specialties and style. Feel free to greet our trainers around the club and ask them questions to find out which one has the right personality and approach for you. Finding the right match for your needs will be the difference between looking forward to coming and working out and eventually fading away from a consistent workout routine. We only want the best for you and your health, so we will work with you to create a relationship that can foster trust and growth. When you meet our trainers, ask them questions to get to know them better. Ask them what their workout style is, gentle and motivating or tough, yet encouraging? Or ask them how they got into the field. The more you know about us, the more comfortable you will feel getting sweaty and pushing through sore muscles with us.

Focus On Goals

We want to work with you, not against you, so that you can see the results that you want. In order to make this possible, we wanted to start a gym with child care in Fleming Island so that your whole family can join in the fitness fun. You won’t need to worry about making sure there is someone at home when you work out, or finding a babysitter. A nursery for infants and Kid’s Klub for older children who need a break from homework, you can get in the habit of working out and introduce healthy activities for the kids.

Knowing that your kids are safe and getting their own fitness education, you can put your whole focus on achieving the goals put in place. Whether your goal is to lose 10 pounds, build up the stamina to run a 5k, or bench press 90 pounds, each session will include workouts that will get you closer to achieving your goals.

We want every one of our members to have access to a certified personal trainer if they want one. Therefore, we offer a range of packages and prices to fit anyone’s budget. These packages vary in the number of sessions and the length of time for each session.
