HIIT (High Intensity interval training
Get an advanced total body workout with HIIT! This workout will push each individual beyond their present fitness level, using specific functional excercises, and maximum intesity including strength, endurance, plyometrics, core, and functional training exercises with intense interval training.
Get ready to feel the burn during this body sculpting class. Using weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, and other weight lifting equipment, we will work on toning arms, legs, and core muscles.
Get an intense ride without worrying about traffic. Our spin classes are challenging and will definitely get your heart rate up.
